Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Merrimack County Nursing Home. We are proud of our facility and we work hard to offer a warm, caring, home-like environment. We treat everyone like family here at MCNH, from our residents to our employees. We realize that the application process can be daunting for any prospective resident and family, but our dedicated staff is here to lessen any anxieties you may have about the process, and help you feel comfortable from application to admission. We invite you to join us for a tour of our wonderful facility. This provides prospective families an opportunity to see how we meet and exceed resident needs, as well as answer any questions you might have along the way!
We are also available to educate residents and families of their rights concerning Advanced Directives. We have information that will help define Advanced Directives and how they help us, as providers, to meet your values and goals. Our Social Services department is available to answer any questions, and provide assistance concerning; Durable Health Care, Powers of Attorney, or Living Wills. Our admission packet includes information regarding Residents Rights, our Facility Policy on Abuse Reporting, and our Privacy Policies.
