Victim and Witness Services

We understand that being the victim or a witness of a crime is a traumatic experience.  Our four Victim Witness Coordinators are focused on keeping victims and witnesses up to date on their case and ensure that victims have a voice.  These individuals help to reduce the apprehension often experienced by those involved with the criminal trial process – especially children, victims of domestic violence and victims of sexual assault.

If you are a victim, assisting a victim (such as a child) or are a witness in a case being prosecuted by one of our prosecution team members, we encourage you to contact our Victim Witness Coordinators by calling our office at 603-228-0529.
