•To maintain a secure facility that provides for the public safety through the safe and secure
detention of inmates lawfully placed in our custody.

•To employ a behavior-based management philosophy that holds inmates accountable, and
promotes and reinforces their positive behavior and self-improvement through proactive supervision,
programs, and services tailored to individual needs, and;

•To provide the highest level of staff professionalism and competency through continuous training
and accountability.
